[NLRS] 2 Meter Sprint

Thanks for the input I've received so far! Unfortunately, I don't have time
to whip up a beam, and also, it looks like my schedule won't allow me to get
out there until after dark.
So I'll probably change plans somewhat. I won't bother with the Baofeng this
trip. Maybe I'll try that again for the June contest. Instead, I'll operate
mobile with the FT-817 and squalo. So I won't have a huge signal, but you
should be able to work me on SSB from most parts of the Twin Cities.
Since I need to be within 100 feet of the river for NPOTA, my EN35 activation
will be in motion while driving over bridges. This means I'll probably have
to drive back and forth a few times. I might call CQ before I get there, but
please work me when I'm actually over the water. I'll probably call on
144.200, but if it's much activity, I might announce another frequency. I
probably won't be in place until about 8:45 or so.
I'll probably start out at EN35 from the Lowry and/or Camden bridges. Then,
for EN34, I will probably be near East River Road and Summit Avenue. I'll
probably be able to park there (unless it's after 10:00, when the parking lot
closes).
I really want to make at least 10 QSO's. If I'm running short, I would
appreciate if you would work me on both SSB and CW. I'll do CW at EN34
(unless I need to operate while in motion).
I'll try to make some noise on 144.200 when I head out, and feel free to work
me at any time, but please work me again when I get to my NPOTA river
locations.

Rick W0IS

doing any FM with my setup but would.like the opportunity to give it a try if
you bring along ANY SSB /CW/Digital gear ......
