[NLRS] W9HQ/R rover plan for 222 Sprint tonight

I'm heading out of the office in 1/2 hour or so, so should be on site in
plenty of time to start at the first grid at 7 pm.

The W0UC spotting page works from the Internet, but not using SMS right
now.  So I will not be able to spot myself.  If somebody could please spot
me in the various grids, I'd appreciate it.  I'll start in EN33.
