[NLRS] 10GHz Cumulative weekend #2 Sept 19 & 20

VHF and Microwave contesting will be busy the next two
weekends with the September VHF on the 12th and 13th,
then there is the second weekend of the 10GHz Cumulative
on the following weekend September 19th and 29th.

That means that it's time to plan for the 10 G weekend.
There's not much planning so far. Here is what I have:

Rovers:
The plan is to rove on the Buffalo Ridge. Likely starting
point is near Montevideo.
Starting time 7:30AM?
