[NLRS] Progress toward September 12

I got the reflector and driven element of my 222 MHz quagi shored up
tonight AND I got my transverter on that band up and going again. So
preparations are continuing apace in prep for the ARRL September contest.

For this contest, I hope to be the big dog of EN43. W9RPM has a waaaaay
better antenna array than I do or ever will -- John, you are a great guy
and a great operator with an amazing setup. But I have an almost 600 ft
height advantage on him and that's the equivalent of......well, a very tall
tower. Even my measly 30 foot antenna height starts to look better and
better.

Anyway, looking good to be solid on the bottom four bands. And if all goes
well we'll do at least one and maybe two "activity hour(s)" (hopefully
right at the start of the contest and perhaps near its end) where we'll
hand out triple points.

73,

David W9HQ
