[NLRS] Working memory keyer for sale?

Tehre was a paper at CSVHF probably a decade ago about using a PIC chip
custom programmed for a beacon keyer. Makes the message relatively
fixed, but cheap and simple.The circuit board was about 3/4" x 1" with
through hole parts.
In any case protect the keyer with a sturdy zener diode on the supply
wire and on the keying output so it can't see over voltage or reversed
polarity for longer life at the beacon site.
