[NLRS] 432.110 net report

Hello Gentlemen

We had over 20 check ins as I count them. I helped a lot to have chats with the check ins move up or down from 432.110. As far as I am concerned, I would avoid the calling freq of 432.100. Your choice. All feedback is appreciated. Anything else that may help please let me know. 

What about changing the net time to 8:30 PM Eastern time, 7:30 PM Central?
I think there is a 144 net conflict at 8PM Central time.

Unless I missed someone that’s 21. The biggest number we ever had was 25 3 years ago so it seems the change of format has helped.
