[NLRS] Antenna Range make-up date 1

As you know, we cancelled the antenna range at Aurora last month due to the weather 
(cold).  In looking for make-up dates, I'd like to propose two make-up dates:
1) VHF ONLY (2m - 1296MHz ) on 30  May, and
2) uW ONLY (2.3 to 10GHz, maybe 24GHz ) on 27 June.

Both are Saturdays, and we would run 0900 to 12 noon in Mounds Park along Mounds Blvd 
across from Urban Pl.  Its where we've been before, and is on the flat land on Mounds Blvd 
west of the hill that has the Aero Beacon on it.

Splitting the dates is more or less necessary there as we can't run the ranges in parallel 
(no pun intended)... there's to much cross-talk in the sources and the untuned detectors 
used on the antennas.  (Its also easier, equipment-wise, to bring 1/2 of the stuff twice 
as opposed to all of it once, beleive it or not.)

In both cases, I need you to let me know ahead of time what bands you'll be testing, and 
how many antennas.  I won't bring stuff that won't be needed.

Let's discuss the dates, etc.  There is a little slack in the schedule, but not a whole 
lot.
