[NLRS] New forecast on spaceweather.TV

The link that K0AWU pointed out week before last has a new solar 
forecast up today.  If you didn't look it up that time, you should - it 
is in the style of a TV weather forecast, but done by an astrophysicist 
who looks at recent and forecast solar activity.  It includes great 
video of the sun (including the back side, which unfortunately will not 
be available for the next few months).

Again, this is spaceweather.tv - not spaceweather.com, which is also a 
great resource.  Check it out!
