Hello Gang

Well, the net was really lively last night. We had fair condx but we almost had a QRM problem.

That’s amazing for a band that was a “go to” band a few short years ago

Wow!

Conditions look favorable tonight for an opening. Keep your ears open and tuned to 432.110.

We had an antenna building session Saturday at my place. Myself, KB9YSJ, WD9HBF EM59 and KA9VDU EN53 put our efforts together and built and tested 3 DL6WU / DJ9BV yagis from scratch. KA9VDU too home two 15 foot yagis and a power divider and
WD9HBF went home with one 25 foot yagi of same design.
JD N0IRS wants to have a get together up here in 3 to 6 weeks. I am offering my heated garage to build some more antennas.
W0PT could use a pair of 25 foot DJ9BV / DL6WU antennas down in EM28. We welcome anyone who is interested to join us.
I can get the aluminum and provide the tools for drilling the boom. All I ask is to be reimbursed for material and shipping. Let me know when you want to do it and what size antennas you want. We do not deviate from the DL6WU /DJ9BV as it has been built by us in quantity
and will work first time every time. I have a unique matching system that makes the “T” match, folded dipole and balun not worth struggling with anymore. Thanks to WA9KRT. I have 4 x 32 foot 40 element yagis at 70 feet. They work very well.

N9EM has installed the yagi I gave him, fired up the 80 watt brick we got for him and he finished his new transverter.
He had a QSO with his new system all the way to Ks City from Madison, Wi for a nice contact with N0IRS.
Good job John.
