[NLRS] "RMG-NTMS Texas Shootout" - SBMS Microwave Contest Challenge

On behalf of RMG President Dick - K5AND, we are challenging NTMS to a "Texas
Shootout" during the SBMS microwave contest. Since neither of our
organizations participated in the 2014 event, we should be on an even

I purpose that we follow the SBMS rules and especially encourage inter-group
QSOs to maximize the overall Texas participation.

If you accept this challenge, our second will be Ron, K5LLL who will help
work out the details with your representative including creation of a
traveling trophy. This would be awarded to the winning organization by the
losing president based on logs submitted to and published by the SBMS
contest officials.
