[NLRS] Better title: SpaceX mission lost - resupply for the ISS

Space-X resupply mission failure ---  I was watching the launch this morning and all looked well until a couple minutes unto the flight. The rocket either blew up or came apart. This is the 2nd resupply mission to the ISS that has been lost. First the Russian mission in April and now this mission. Things are now "going to get interesting" on the space station. Space flight is not easy!
