[NLRS] W0UC June VHF Contest

It was a fun June contest for me, just not the barn-burner that we hope
for on 6M. The very sporadic activity on 6 allowed me to keep good
track of the rovers, and thus my totals on the higher bands were
better. My numbers:

50 261 91
144 80 32
222 39 22
432 54 25
902 19 10
1296 21 11
Total 474 191 123,577

I believe I only worked 2 contacts east of Michigan on any band - and
that on 6 - which is just unimaginable. 5 contacts in the SE USA. So
on 6M I had a solid block of 37 grids in the Upper Midwest, and about an
equal number spread from TX to CO and CA. Late Sunday afternoon we were
stuck in flyover land; people in the SW had openings from TX to WA, and
there were openings along the East Coast and to C6, VP9 and some Europe,
but all were to far for us to get into. Finally at 0024 I worked a W6,
and they were in and out to the end of the contest. Only got the
typical few grids in extreme south CA, but at least it boosted the Q
total a bit. First CA opening in a contest in many years.

Thanks very much to the rovers for keeping things busy. Clean sweeps
with AC0RA/R (10 grids x 4 bands) and W0ZQ/R (8 grids x 6 bands)! A
bunch of contacts with Mel & Carol on Saturday; don't know why I was not
able to find them on Sunday? The new spotting/chat page was very
helpful in getting to the folks who posted quickly. Improvements have
already been made for next time.

Thanks to everyone who got on, and if you didn't, you should do so next
time!
