    I was just looking at the W0LER letters and wanted to add a sentimental note.
Paul posted John's local address previously and It brought back some memories, thus the short story.
    Back in 1985 I was living in Coon Rapids, same as John.  Little did I know (until this evening) that we were neighbors.
John lived on 109th. Lane NW, and I lived on 109th. Ave NW.  We were only one block apart and I didn't even know it.   When I brought up the map tonight, the two stars (showing location) were nearly on top of each other.   I find it odd that I didn't recognize his antennas back then, as most hams are akin to that sort of thing.   I guess it might explain those nights of TVI on KTCA (I think that was the local channel 2 back then?) when my rabbit ears were overloaded, to say the least. 
     I sure wish I would have known back then.
