[NLRS] KA9VVQ/R sporadically on 6m (only) from EN54

Janice will be checking the 6m band throughout the day (both days) and
working 'em if she hears 'em.  She is 100watts to a ham-stick on 6m only. 
Ok, we have 2m/440 FM too.  She can tip the ham-stick horizontally to pick
up a few db and she has her CW paddles to pick up another few db :-)

EN54 will be where most of the operating is. There is a (small) chance
we'll go to EN55 or EN65 or EN64/EN63 after Frisbee Tournament hours IF 6m
is still hopping.

We will try to post to the new regional thingy when we know she's gonna be
on the air for awhile.
