[NLRS] Texts now visible on spot page

SMS texts are now showing as a Twitter feed in a sidebar to the 
spot/chat spreadsheet.  Let's keep texts to a simple format:

Call - Freq - Grid - [add'l info]

No general chat via text, please, so the texted spots stay visible as 
long as possible before scrolling off the bottom of the window. 
Announcements from rovers - schedule changes, etc - are always fine.

Again, SMS texts go to 651-321-2081
