[NLRS] New tool for the contest this weekend

My son has helped me make a simple real-time spotting and chat page.
You can find it at:

http://www.w0uc.com/spots.html

You will also find this link at the top of the regular contest plans
spreadsheet. The new page is meant for use by Upper Midwest stations,
or stations that currently have propagation to the Upper Midwest.

Under the new rules, you are free to use this page to spot yourself
(frequency & grid). Two stations can also use the page to chat back and
forth as they try to find each other and peak antennas, BUT once you
have started the contact, you cannot use this chat any further; no "I
still need your grid", no "You get everything?", no "Are we good?" etc.

I am also hoping we can help the rovers by spotting their moves and any
changes to their schedule. Our rovers do not generally have web access,
so we can spot for them. Some rovers may have only simple SMS texting
available, and it would be nice to have a single phone number for them
to text to, to get their message posted. I would be willing to do this,
but I may often be delayed in getting the conversion made, so if anyone
else were willing to volunteer, that would be great. I doubt it would
be more than a dozen texts over the weekend. (If someone knows a free
way to get texts directly to some window on the web, that could be helpful.)

Please go and play with the spotting/chat page a bit. What is there is
just test stuff W0ZQ and I were doing. Consider the page under test
until Saturday. Figure out what doesn't work so we can fix it before
the contest!

Lots of room yet on the planning spreadsheet at:
