[NLRS] Update on NLRS donation to ARRL in memory of W0LER

Hello NLRS land -

Yesterday I received a letter and certificate from the ARRL recognizing our clubs donation to the ARRLs Education & Technology Fund and Spectrum Defense Fund made in memory of John Fox, W0LER.  I scanned the recognition certificate and placed it on our clubs website as a downloadable PDF.  You can find it at the bottom of the page at http://www.nlrs.org/home/aurora .
