[NLRS] Working/Logging VE3CRU/W8/R this weekend

Hi folks,

I had a brief e-mail exchange with Matt (ARRL Contest Branch Manager)
earlier today.

For the MANY of you who WILL make contacts with Bill over the weekend,
please LOG Bill as VE3CRU/R, do NOT record the /W8 intermediate suffix in
your contest logs. While Bill has to ID that way to satisfy the reciprocal
licensing agreement between the U.S and Canada, it is NOT required that
folks who contact Bill enter it that way in the contest logs that are
submitted, "VE3CRU/R" is preferred and, as Matt and I understand, that will
work better with the log checking software.

I do plan to be out as K9JK/R but some weekend obligations have snuck in
that are challenging my ability to plan a route and limiting how far I
might be able to go...more on that in a separate e-mail.
