[NLRS] Conditions are Up this morning in ND, SD, MN?

I was hearing the KA0EWQ 2m EN15 beacon fairly well, UHF TV from ND was poor. 

I did work W0GHz with 5x5 signals on 144, 222, 432, 902 and 1296 but not 2304..

Maybe more tonite/ tomorrow

The Grand Forks WX radar is showing extremely high ground clutter and even MPLS, Sioux Falls & Duluth seem to be up. 


I am hearing the NT0V 432 beacon about S7 ( as strong as it ever gets) 


I am hearing the N0LAN 144.289 beacon in EN13lm weakly ( up and down with QSB) 


This is still early and conditions may get better as the sun gets up
