[NLRS] UHF Contest planning - QUERY DE KA0RYT

I'm trying to stir up some emcomm-oriented ops in the Bloomington
Amateur Radio Association to try a little contesting, so any Buck Hill
operation might throw a few calls out on 446.00 FM. Encouraging your
own local club to get on the air (and on simplex!) for this would help
get more stations out there to work.
My own plans aren't firmed up, other than that I'll put some RF out
somehow under some callsign. Either part of a rover team with W0ZF
and K0BBC, or solo rover near St. Peter (EN24/EN34). The solo rover
effort would be primarily at my shack, but I have no permanent
antennas, so I'm still rover-legal and it's a quick jaunt across the
Minnesota River valley to EN24.
