[NLRS] Some 2M/6M activity showing today

At 12:30PM, PSKreporter is showing just a little bit of east-west
activity on 6M in the US. 6M activity is still high in Europe during
evening their time. Maybe we'll get some of that late this
afternoon....

The 2M APRS map is still showing good paths from Minnesota into OH and
MI, down a bit from earlier, but still there. And AZ is being heard in
KS, so conditions may be improving....  Metro area APRS is being heard
in the middle of North Dakota.
