[NLRS] Little 6M/10M activity showing today

At 5PM, PSKreporter.info is showing significant activity on 6M, mostly
the eastern half of the US but including a few stations from
California and Washington. All the activity is being reported as JT65
mode.

By comparison, the reported activity on 10M is scattered but mostly in
the eastern half of the country. Both PSKreporter.info and PropNet.org
are showing similar paths with both JT65 and PSK-31 modes being used.
