[NLRS] Little 6M/10M activity showing today

I still think that PSKreporter.info is proving to be the best
indicator of enhanced propagation for 6M and below. It doesn't do much
for 2M monitoring, at least not in the US.
Today, none of the propagation sites are showing much activity on 6M.
Of the sites I check, only PSKreporter is showing activity on 10M, and
most of that activity is going across the Atlantic on CW to Europe.
And the activity was shown from Dallas and points east and north,
including stations in South Dakota and Washington. Conditions are
tapering off fast now, but KA9SWE in EN53 heard DA3A at just after
noon on CW.
