[NLRS] CQ VHF Contest spreadsheet

The CQ VHF Contest is coming up weekend after next.  I have a 
spreadsheet set up to collect operating and roving plans at:

The spotting page will be available as well.  It has some new features; 
in particular, rovers using SMS texts will now have their information 
displayed directly in the spreadsheet.  Another use of this page could 
be for reporting beacons.  Those of you who check beacons regularly are 
invited to enter signal reports on a daily (or whatever) basis.  The 
spotting page is at www.w0uc.com/spots.html
