[NLRS] Temwell filter group buy

I just put this out to the "W1GHZ Transverter Builders" Yahoo group but I
thought I'd see if there's interest on these two groups as well.

Temwell is running a sale which started today. They have a number of
helical filters for various amateur bands which are now $11 apiece.
Specifically these can be used in the W1GHZ Miniverter-F design, but they
have lots of other uses, obviously. Temwell is in Taiwan, however, so they
are quoting me $40 shipping for the order.  Here are some useful parts:

I'm willing to take orders from folks, place a single order to Temwell, and
then distribute the filters from my QTH.  I currently have "orders" for 16
filters, so we're currently looking at about $11 + $2.50 per-filter shipped
from Taiwan, plus some postage (say $3-4) here in the U.S.  DEM wants $30
plus shipping for these, so it's a good deal.  Here's your chance to save
big on some nice helical filters. The more you spend, the more you save  ;o)

Seriously, I'd like to place this order tomorrow (Thursday) night so I
catch the Temwell folks in the office on their Friday morning.  If you are
