[NLRS] PTT on Kenwood TM255A

The data connector pin at the at the 5-o'clock position is the relay output (switches to 
GND on TX).  That's the 6th pin clockwise from the key at the bottom of the connector. 
GND is the 2nd pin clockwise from the key.
