That looks abut right for me and Pete K9PW roving together up and down the
Wisconsin lakefront of Lake Michigan in the September weekend. We worked
the guys on the other side in Michigan on 10 and 24 GHz. Pete was listening
for Garry K3SIW on 47 GHz for a while. We actually heard him for about 15
seconds. Garry was on the Michigan side with the others. NN9X was also on
the Michigan side with the group there. Neither of us managed to work W9ZIH
this year. In past years I have worked him from the lakefront. It wasn't
easy but we did it. This year we just couldn't hear each other at all.
AA9IL was ahead of us along the lakefront on Saturday. We worked him from
one of our stops. I think he was gone on Sunday.
