[NLRS] two meter tropo

Hi all
Hearing the dm98 beacon in en33
also a k0htf/b not giving it's grid.
I sure wish other people would post to nlrs reflector when they see 
openings on the bands.
Not all of us can use  these propagation maps.
The things just arn't blind accsessable.
But maybe these openings are only for certain people unless your able to 
sit in front of a radio 24/7
Most of us can't do that either.
