[NLRS] August 13th 10 G Cumulative Update

I had hoped to join the rovers for the weekend, but circumstances
have conspired to keep me (more or less) at home.

I'm working on getting my home 10 GHz station operational, but it
won't happen before Sunday morning at the earliest. I can operate
portable Saturday and Sunday mornings from home (EN13lm or
EN13ll, depending on where I set up) or Turkey Ridge (EN13if), if
someone wants to set up a schedule.

My portable station is GPS locked on frequency. I can be set up
for WSJT modes if I'm given some warning ahead of time.
