[NLRS] Propagation good to VE4

I was able to work Gary W0GHz  on  432 with 59+ signals and on 5.7 and 10 G Tropo with good signals 20-40 dB/N.  The APRS is still showing a good path Winnipeg to MPLS and still seeing MPLS UHF Digital TV...with good strength now.   I have to QRT by 10:00

This is no doubt a result of the heavy rains last night and the high pressure system heating up the waterfall this morning.
