[NLRS] 10GHz Cumulative Update 9 August

Most of my locations that have easterly view and north view are limited
to about 350 through 0 through 75 or 80 degrees heading. There are
similar spots, but not the same with good views 90 through 180, but no
nearby activity known. RS would be nicest if the storm was around Austin
to La Crosse, maybe a bit east.s
