[NLRS] satelite positioner arms

Many people have given up on the C-band satellite dishes and are
practically giving the systems away. Check routinely on your local
Craigslist and you might get a whole system from someone in your area for
next to nothing. Most of those actuator arms are quite good and are meant
for high usage.
