[NLRS] Old 2M antenna Question

OK, I wasn't able to find a manual to know that. In the older KLM with
multiple LP dipoles I found the connections to the straps were not
reliable as built. They depended on compressing plastic to get
connections to aluminum. Something I was taught at Collins that was not
acceptable. The screw through the insulator needs a nut between the
insulator and the element and connecting strap so the top nut squeezes
against the bottom nut, not the insulator for electrical contact
pressure. Most of the marker lights on my vintage Airstream didn't work
when I got it because of depending on a pop rivet squeezing the ground
tab through plastic. I took out the plastic and they have run 15 years
without further attention.
