[NLRS] Antenna Range

A quick reminder about the antenna range... you need to let me know ahead of time if 
you're bringing antennas to test: specifically which band or bands.  I don't want to drag 
along a lot of equipment for bands for which there is nothing to test !

Obviously, the weather will determine whether or not we actually get to test antennas.

Barry, VE4MA, will also run the Sun Noise testing (again, weather permitting)  You need to 
bring the antenna, a stable mount, and transverter.  (You can't hand hold the antenna and 
expect to get good results.)  We don't need the i.f. radio... just the i.f. output from 
the transverter.  At this time, we're limited to i.f.s of 28-32 MHz and 144-148MHz ONLY. 
(I'm working on a 432 to 28 MHz tranverter for the test set up, but its not there yet. 
Sorry.)

Maybe it won't snow this year.  (Or rain, either.)
