>From the ARRL Contest newsletter, here is a relevant cut and paste:

"The rules for the ARRL June VHF Contest have been updated to reflect the changes which now allow self-spotting for ARRL VHF+ contests.  There is also an FAQ to help explain the changes and what information can and cannot be exchanged online."
