[NLRS] Contest plans

Just a FYI I am planning to rove, I am not sure what the plans are
completely at this time... All the effort  has been rebuilding the rover
and getting ready.... so planning again is suffering..

I will be roving with Chris Caldwell

We will have limited CW ops capability..

Assume that we will do the EN42/EN32 and EN31/EN41 at the start of the
contest close to Cedar Rapids...

Then EN50/EN51 for the next grids....

Then the plan is go north or head to the east depending on what we get for
contacts.

If we have more contacts to the north EN61/EN62 we will head north or if we
seek adventure we will head more east.. to EN60/EN61 I have had good luck
to the Dodgeville area...so I do want to make it to this grid square at
some point in the contest.  but also have not done any of the grids in
Chicago or Milwaukee area?

Anyone have suggestions for the Chicago and Milwaukee grids squares good
locations to operate from???

Not sure what the plans but will update the contest sheet as we determine
where we overnight...

Have 1296 and looking for contacts as this is a new band for this rove...
