[NLRS] KA9VVQ/R will rove WI/MN in Sept

Just not sure where yet. We are watching the spreadsheet and want to
"deconflict" (to use a military word) with other rovers by avoiding the
same grid corner that is already occupied.  No fun blowing each others
ears out.

We have some work constraints that need us to finish Sunday not too far
from the Twin Cities--so that implies Beaufort, Howard Lake, Menomonee,
or Altura.  Saturday, we load the antennas in Hillsboro so that implies
starting at Dodgeville or Wausau preferably or Necedah alternatively.
And spending Sat night in Woodbury would be nice :-) .

We will repost here once the plans are firm.  4 grids Sat (kinda busy)
'til 10pm. 4 grids Sun (not so busy) and maybe end a tad early.  Looking

More detailed schedule to follow.  No "Looking for America" nor Midwest
Mania!! this year.
