Hello Gentlemen

WA0ARM reports there was an opening Friday night from Ks to the mid west on 432.
He worked KC9KCR, W9UIJ and WA9KRT. Other reports welcomed here if you have any news.  

KB9YSJ Jeff had our 2nd barbeque of the summer at his place for our 432 group. 
We had a great bunch of guys and we also had a good meal thanks to Jeff.
KU8Y Ken from Michigan EN61 and WB0YWW Bob & wife Mary from Iowa EN22 were the honored guests
having travelled the farthest. WB0YWW came to pick up two 250 watt SS amps from KB9YSJ. One for WB0YWW and one for KG0SJ.

We did some noise figure testing with our recently repaired noise figure meter thanks to Fred AB9QH who seems to be able to fix anything solid state.
We also admired his 1296 yagi which is under construction.
We share it among our group freely and it will add to our preamp performance a lot. It will be parked at KB9YSJ’s N4PZ’s or AB9QH’s house.


The guys totaled about 12 along with the lone young lady WB0YWW’s wife.

PS. I have a 144 to 28 Mhz DEMI transverter almost free for a needy soul out there. 
I think it’s 10 watts output. If anyone interested I’ll check it out.
