[NLRS] ARRL 2014 August UHF Contest Results

Hello NLRS land -

The UHF contest results are out on the ARRL website.  Congratulations to the NLRS for placing 3rd out of 10 clubs in the Medium club category.  We tied with NEWS and Mt. Airy for the most number of logs (n=12).  Badger Contesters placed 7th with 7 logs.

In the SOHP category W0UC and W0GHZ placed 2nd and 3rd respectively in the nation with Paul taking the top spot in his Central Division and Gary the top spot in his Dakota Division.  Pretty impressive to land the 2nd & 3rd place finishes in a UHF contest here in the heartland and away from the NE corridor.  Nice job guys.  Vince, K0SIX, took the top honors in the SOLP for Dakota.   For the rover category W0ZQ/R finished first in the Dakota Division, good enough for 7th place in the nation.  In the Limited Rover category K9JK/R and N0EDV/R finished 4th and 9th nationally.
