[NLRS] Field Day ops at W0MR Tartan Park

Hi All

Once again, the 3M and St Paul Radio Club are joining forces at 3M 
Tartan Park for our yearly Field Day effort.

While FD is mostly an HF effort, we will have a VHF station on 50,144 
and 432.

Please look for us on the bands. Visitors are also very welcome to come 
out and operate.
