[NLRS] NLRS Antenna Range Saturday

Gosh, we can't seem to get a break.  The next rain system was due here Saturday 
EVENING, lasting into Sunday.  Now, NWS has moved up to FRIDAY into Saturday:


FROM NWS 12PM today (Wednesday, 4 Jun)
a.. Friday A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Mostly 
sunny, with a high near 79. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
a.. Friday Night A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly 
cloudy, with a low around 59. South wind around 5 mph becoming east after 
midnight.
a.. Saturday Showers and thunderstorms likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 
71. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
a.. Saturday Night A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly 
cloudy, with a low around 51. North wind around 10 mph.

Lets keep our options open... further update tomorrow/Friday.

Needless to say, no range activity if its raining, nor rained early morning 
Saturday, say after 5AM.  Earlier than that will depend on how much rain and if 
it dries out by 10:30 or so.
