[NLRS] Tropo "up a bit"

 APRS tropo map looks OUTSTANDING. Little activity on 2m. Worked Carl WD9BGA (338miles) from about 6:55 -7:20 am on 144.210. He was running 5-5 to 5-9 SSB. 432 was just "doable" on SSB. Just now worked Mike W9MP (155miles) good copy on 144.200. MIke had his antenna straight west, so sig strength is not indicative of conditions.

  The EN15 beacon is up a little bit. VERY rough note and abit high in freq 144.277.77 (indicated) true freq maybe .15 lower??
