I heard that there has been some discussion on the WSJT reflector that ISS was exactly at the midpoint of the path at 1341z. Anyone care to run the bistatic radar equation for 1000W TX power, 25dBi antennas on RX and TX, with a 400 m^2 RCS object (per norad) at the midpoint of a 4000 km path between the stations (R1 = R2 = 2000km) just to see what kind of RX power is possible in the best case?
