[NLRS] 10GHz Tune up on the 12th

Thanks to Gary, W0GHZ lending me a 2m > 10m XVRTR, I "think" we can take a stab
at makeing sun noise measurements at the tune-up session. We'll need a patch of
clear sky (with the sun in it, of course) and you system(s). I'll need access
to the XVRTR 144MHz i.f. output. You'll need to have your tripod, etc., as I
doubt you can hand-hold the units. (And DC power, of course. Don't have to
XMIT.)

July 12th is the Monthly NLRS Breakfast: Old Country Buffet (in Richfield this
month, corner of Nicollet and 66th). 0830 "offical" start time. After
breakfast, those interested in the 10GHz tune up session will retire to the NLRS
World Headquarters (see below) and test/work on equipment.
IF Radio: power out, Frequency, and Mic gain (Data input gain) to provide clean
signals w/o splatter
XVRTR: Frequency, power out, RX and TX gain
Pre-amp: NF (?)
Cable losses
Ant feed Return loss (but NOT gain -- no antenna range)
