Missed the first hour due to work back in the Cities; wish I could
blame the lower totals on that, but things were pretty slow all
weekend. No Es on 6m this time, though there was pretty good CW scatter
activity Sunday morning. 6m and 2m were down from last year. On the
other hand, 222 and 432 were up, and 222 continues to produce just about
as many Qs and grids as 432. If you aren't on 222, add it! Activity is
pretty good.

902 & 1296 numbers were also up from last year, though conditions were
not good. Worked most everyone I found to try on Saturday, but almost
nobody on Sunday. Failed a couple times with K0AWU. Never could hear
W9FZ/R on 902, and think I only nabbed them once on 1296. I was able to
get my 150W brick for 902 wired in Saturday night, but only added one
contact after that. Here are some numbers:

Band Qs Grids
50 91 41
144 64 24
222 44 21
432 46 21
902 12 6
1.2 19 10

Total score 56457

Many thanks to Mel & Carol, KC0P/R and N0HZO/R for a bunch of contacts.
Also to Bruce & Janice, W9FZ/R, for I think at least 4 bands from all
their stops. And AC0RA/R, who had great signals, and we did 4 bands
from most of their stops. It would have been really slow without the
rovers!!

Thanks to everyone who was on, whether I managed to find you or not!
Hope to see you all at Aurora '14, the last Saturday in April.

73,
Paul W0UC
