[NLRS] Googlemaps/Maidenhead website back on the air

F6FVY wrote a neat website that I use a LOT as a rover that integrated
the Maidenhead system on to Googlemaps.  Apparently google changed the
API's behind the scene rendering the website unusable. So F6FVY took the
site down citing no time to learn the new API and rewrite the site.
Apparently F5UKW (a computer professional) stepped in and did the
rewrite.

It's now available again at:
http://qthlocator.free.fr/index.php

I use the site to help me quickly get the 6-digit grid of the locations
I've used or plan to use.
