[NLRS] January VHF Test Results - N9LB

The salt on the power line insulators really tore up 6m and made working on
2M much tougher.  Static was 20 DB higher than normal, had to run both noise
blankers on the FLEX-Radio just to hear anything.

Running 100w on 6M, and DEMI transverters running 25 watts on all other
bands.

The activity level was excellent, including several rovers - thanks for
being out there!

Worked a number of NLRS stations,  W0VB, K9MU, KA0RYT, N0AKC, KC0AKU,
WB0YWW.
Never did work W0UC, could hear others working him, but we never connected.

For me, I could only do a part time effort.  Sorry, hope to do better next
time.
