[NLRS] January VHF

The forecast for central Iowa is for a little less snow but lots of 
blowing, much nicer on Sunday.

I do plan to be on with more power on 2 and 432 and probably preamps on 
the receive side for those bands. Still limited to the roof top tripod 
shaded to the north by wind break and machine shed. I expect the high 
winds on Saturday to do a good job of mixing the lower atmosphere so the 
4/3s earth refraction we like from density gradient will be mostly 
absent so signals may be weak. But then 6m may be open (and it may be 
open right now but no one is making the noise of a contest).

I'll have 6, 2, and 432.
