[NLRS] January VHF Sweepstakes

Whether I make it depends mainly on the weather. I would be one of the
crazy ones operating QRP Portable again. If temps are 20 or higher and we
aren't buried under a foot of snow I might make it to EN50rl. I'd really
like to but it's a little too far off to say right now. I might also be
limited to either Saturday or Sunday operation.
