[NLRS] SoftRock build

Well I have finally gotten around to thinking about contemplating building my 
SoftRock Tx/Rx kit (June 2010 model).  And I think the effort to be able to do 
it correctly and safely will be more than I am presently capable of at present.

Is there anyone locally who does assembly of these?
